1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using E-Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of E-Library and its licensors. Books hosted on this platform are for personal reading and evaluation. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of the Service.
Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
